Congratulations to our colleague, Lewis Love, who has recently been awarded the University of Derby Award Programme Student of the Year 2012.
Digital Education Marketing have been working with the University’s career development centre to provide an engaging Derby Award project to help improve a student’s employability. Lewis has been involved in developing our UK postgraduate blog on the StudyLink.co.uk site which is designed to help prospective postgraduate students find their perfect course and seek advice on matters related to postgraduate study.
“We have been impressed by the enthusiasm and ability demonstrated by Lewis on this project. As employers we would value a student with Derby Award experience and we look forward to working on more projects with the University of Derby career development centre to help improve employability of local graduates in the future.” – Matthew Makins, Digital Education Marketing Director.
We are also delighted to announce that at the same time we as a company were awarded the University of Derby Award Programme Project Provider of the Year for this activity.
A big thank you to everyone involved and we hope to be in the running for student and project of the year next time!
